You know when you meet that type of person that the minute you start talking to them, that this is somebody that is different? By different, I mean doing things differently in a good way. Jessica has such compassion and empathy for her customers; she is truly an excellent listener. She wants to be there for her customers and it shows by the way she talks to you when she looks at you when she talks to you and she makes eye contact and her body language they all match up and convey to you as a customer that hey I'm here for you and I want to do the right thing for you by providing the following real estate products. The listing for our property was phenomenal. The video and photography that her staff did were top-notch. What we got with Jessica is somebody who actually listens to what we have to say and then delivers on it. That is so hard to find nowadays, so often we run into people who tell you on the front end what they're going to do and then on the back end they ghost you or they don't deliver or they make excuses but you won't have that with Jessica she really really digs deep and works extremely hard to give the customer what they're looking for and if she can't do it she'll be forthcoming with you and let you know that that's a bridge too far perhaps or whatever the case might be but with Jessica you're really going to get somebody who is going to try their best to work with you and to give you what it is that you're trying to get and at the end of the day that's really all you can ask for. Another thing with Jessica that I don't want to overlook in sharing with people in my review is that she's very responsive there were other agents that they said they would get something to me by the next business day or within the next two to three business days and then a week or two would go by and I would hear nothing and I would have to chase them down to get information you know frustrating that is? I can't even begin to get into that but the point I'm making here is you send a message via text to Jessica and should get back to you as soon as possible usually for the most part in my experience has been within that same business day if possible if not the business day thereafter unless there's some random thing going on that would prevent that from happening which is extremely rare. And that's my point, somebody who will respond to you is what you're going to get when you hire Jessic,a and he will not be sorry, believe me. When it comes to hiring people I'm pretty picky I will decide fairly early on if I want to deal with someone or not and if they start to flake out on me or whatever then I'm not going to do business with them and I cut ties very quickly with Jessica I really wanted to see if she was as advertised and I was extremely impressed that she was and she is the real thing so that's why for me I'm writing this review because there's not many people like her and that is who I would recommend and refer people to every time. In terms of value, Jessica at Native Real Estate, you have to ask yourself just how much attention would I get from a corporate real estate type company that has 100,000 customers on a regular basis, versus a shop that's dedicated to Quality versus quantity? So that might mean I'm going to take on less customers and in doing so I'm going to provide a higher level of value to my customers. And when it comes to getting value that's exactly what I'm looking at with Native real estate you can't even compare the two yes a corporate real estate company can get a job done and they'll do generally speaking a good job but I know with Jessica and Native real estate she will do an amazing job and provide excellent value so for me this is an upgrade I can't argue with this so again Native Real Estate wins here too and in doing so you the future customer wins as well because you get a better value."

She was incredible, and she did it all out of the kindness of her heart. I knew if I ever bought a house in San Diego, it would be with her. Fast forward to last month. Here's our quick home-buying story. We saw a house online and loved it. I texted Jessica, and she set up a showing the following day. Turned out the sellers were about to sign an offer sheet, and we had a matter of minutes to get them an offer to be in the running. It was our first-ever offer, and Jessica basically wrote a letter on our behalf with our family photo and pitched our story. She got everything over to the sellers in 15 minutes, and they chose us. Over the next four weeks, Jessica tactfully negotiated on our behalf and really communicated well with us every step of the way. She had connections with the best lenders, home insurance, and inspection companies. It was so easy. Every time I needed to sign something, I'd get a DocuSign in my email, and a couple of taps later, it would be signed and submitted. Jessica, Cindy, and Gillian were truly professional, kind, punctual, and efficient. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agents. To top it off, Cindy delivered us a card and a bottle of bubbly with the house key. On our move in day Jessica brought us lunch. Seriously. Unless your mom is an agent, use Jessica. And maybe use her even if your mom is an agent. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts."
